PropertyPal is Northern Ireland’s leading digital property platform, connecting thousands of home movers with estate agents and developers across the market. As we continue to grow, we’re strengthening our commercial team with a more regional, hands-on approach to customer partnerships.
The Role
We’re looking for a Regional Account Manager to take ownership of a defined territory of estate agent customers across Northern Ireland. This is a field-based commercial role focused on building strong relationships, driving product adoption and identifying opportunities to grow revenue within your customer patch. You’ll act as the primary relationship owner for your accounts — helping customers maximise value from PropertyPal while supporting the growth of our platform.
What You’ll Do
Own and manage a territory of estate agent customers
Build strong relationships with key decision-makers across your patch
Conduct regular in-person customer meetings and account reviews
Drive product adoption and identify upsell opportunities
Deliver product demos, onboarding sessions and performance insights
Maintain a structured pipeline and account plan within CRM
Work closely with Product, Marketing and Customer Success teams
Job requirements
What We’re Looking For
3+ years experience in account management, partnerships or sales
Strong commercial instincts and consultative selling ability
Confident communicator comfortable working with business owners
Self-motivated with the ability to manage a regional territory
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across NI
